Resident. Widely distributed throughout Britain, more common in the
south.
Montgomeryshire Status
First discovered in the east of the county at Llanymynech
Hill in 1930 and not seen since, until it was recorded again in the
same area in 2010.

Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva feed openly on leaves. Pupates on the
